Terms of Service

Access to the platform is organization-controlled. Users remain responsible for complying with internal governance rules and cloud access policies defined by their administrator.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NextOps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Description of Service

NextOps is a multi-tenant cloud operations platform for cost visibility, optimization, anomaly detection, reporting, architecture review workflows, and related automation.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and must report suspected unauthorized access to a tenant administrator immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform or interfere with service operation.

  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to tenants, systems, or cloud environments.
  • Do not disrupt service integrity, availability, or performance.
  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse APIs outside approved usage.

5. Data and Privacy

Use of the platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform, its software, workflows, documentation, and design assets remain the property of NextOps and its licensors, except where otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

8. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated or if access is revoked by an authorized administrator.

9. Changes to Terms

Continued use after updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
